Great source of energy.... I am once again ordering Kola Nut. This stuff is the best thing since coffee came out. I take my Kola Nut in the morning with a cup of regular creamed coffee. It gives me such an energy boost I sure get stuff done around here. Most of the time I only have to take one capsule a day, other days I may take the maximum dose. Also, I have found it works better if I take it at least a half hour before I have breakfast. (on an empty stomach) October 5, 2011

Great Boost I used this product about a year ago, and it did nothing for me. So I tried it again, and this time I noticed a big difference. Before, I only used half of the recommended dosage. Now I am taking the 2 capsules twice daily...but I plan to up it to three times daily. I would recommend this to anyone who needs an added boost!! July 5, 2008
