"My husband has a very stressful career (Stock Market). He swears by this Lemon Balm. He says it's the only thing that allows him to relax, have a good night's sleep and wake up refreshed, without any type of drowsy or draggy feeling... unlike anything else he's tried. He'll take 2, about an hour or so before bedtime. Sometimes, when his day is especially stressful, he'll take one during the day. We're very happy with this product. "My upper nostril was filling with thick mucous, repeatedly...I was ok otherwise. I took 1 lemon balm, 500 mg of Lysine (SW269) and some B6 (maybe 5mg). Within a few hours the problem disappeared, didn't come back and no other symptoms developed."
