I generally start getting fatigued around 3:00 p.m., but now find that I don't start getting fatigued until 4:00 p.m. I lay down and rest or nap each day and wake up refreshed! The benefits are everything that has been described here, I've lost weight, younger looking skin, energy, etc., but the one thing that no one mentions is the amazing effect of this product on the brain. "I was so excited to get this product, expecting super results based on what other have said about it. This product was not good for me. I realized after about a two week period that my body had bloated. The only change that I can attribute it to was the new supplement Acai Berry. I have since stopped taking it and the bloating has subsided. Everything is not for everybody."
