Great This does help you to sleep better than most other herbs, but what might be a secret about this, is that it relieves hot flashes and I can't believe no one else has talked about this, but I have read it helps and it sure does for me! March 8, 2010

Helpful for sleep I cannot take ANY sleep products containing valerian as it keeps me awake, so I had to figure out a way to get some of the relaxation herbs separately. I take the Hops along with the Swanson Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, Scullcap Complex before bedtime and find it helps me to get to sleep more quickly. August 3, 2009
