does the job From the research I had done before ordering, I knew that too few might cause constipation, and too many could cause diarrhea. I had also calculated a safety zone up to 8 capsules per day. I started with 2 per day (knowing that 1 might be too little)...nothing happened (maybe a little constipation). 3 per day. pretty much nothing. At some point, I decided to leap up to 2 capsules, 3 times a day. It is the perfect quantity for me (mind you, I detox about 3 times per year, preceded by a 10-day colon cleanse...so my colon is probably pretty clean to begin with. Some folks might be good with 3 or 4 per day, depending on the amount of "gunk" built up in the colon). Drink water. January 21, 2011

A MUST HAVE! I bought this thinking what the heck let me try it, in two days it kicked in for me. I use the rest room with no stomach pain no cramp's what so ever at all. For the first time in YEARS I can say I feel light in my intestence sounds funny huh but its so TRUE! This has not happen to me since I was a teenager, and that's many many years ago. Amazing I was skeptical myself because of the price, however this works. I take one in the morning and one in the late afternoon and each time I take them, within an hour I am rushing to the restroom.
