Highly Recommended For me, this is powerful and effective. I feel a surge of energy and clear headed within a short time of taking it, with yogurt. From my experience, these are the antioxidants working. I also use Goji Berries(Wolfberry) capsules from Swanson at other times during the day for even more health boosting power. I haven't tried the Mangosteen Triple Standant Extract capsules yet, but will report on those when i do and compare. April 14, 2012
