Title:It actually worked!

"I had heard on an AM Radio station a vitamin company advertising the energetic effects of using this product only they wanted at least a hundred dollars a month to order theirs..

As usual I came directly to Swanson's online and found the exact same product and ordered it saving myself nearly a hundred dollars...

Within less then one week I noticed an improvement in my energy level as well as the clearness of my mind.

I take 2 caps 3-4 times a day right before meals. No stomach irritation or nausea either which was an added benefit.

I'm a nurse and work the night shift which is a physically taxing shift. I've noticed that my energy sustains now verses being exhausted half way thru my shift.

I highly recommend this product for anyone wanting to regain or keep their energy and also improve clarity in your mind verses the 'foggy' feeling so many of us feel as we begin to age...

One added note is that this vitamin is water soluable which means thats its pretty difficult to take too much of it and suffer toxicity as the excess that your body doesn't use is passed in your urine verses oil based products which can build up rather quickly in toxic levels in the body and are stored in your tissues and not eliminated.......

Thank you Swanson once again for a great product at a super affordable price! :)"

"I was looking to take up to 10g of pantothenic acid (B5) and very few places have this product available @ 500mg a pill. I've tried others and these were much better because they were encapsulated smaller and easier to swallow. I took these to reduce oil production which it did to a degree. I recommend taking these only if you take additional vitamin B complex supplements."

"Pantothenic acid is difficult to get (and expensive) locally and this is a great value, especially considering the quantities I take. I have been buying this product from Swanson's for over a year. I take two pills every three hours for a total of six grams a day. Works great."
