Suggested Use: MEN—1 to 3 tablets; WOMEN—1 tablet. Take once daily, preferably on an empty stomach (3 or more hours after a meal) and 45 minutes prior to a workout. May also be taken at night before retiring.

Wonderful I am 48, was having night hot flashes, and hot flashes during the day, I was just constantly breaking out in sweats. Just made life miserable. A friend gave me gamma oryzanol, it has given me normal again. No more hot flashes, back to sleeping normal, with the cover on me instead of at my feet. I take I take it at bed time. January 1, 2012
Rice Hull Goodies This seems to help recovery at night. I take it before sleep. Used to combine it with other GH precursors like lysine and argenine. Some caution due to methods used for extraction of rice bran, but it seems so far to be okay. Unfortunately too expensive for routine use. September 11, 2011
