Excellent Supplement I've taken many supplements primarily because they are supposed to be good for me in one way or another (which I always verify through research), but just because they are good doesn't mean you will feel anything while taking them. Source Naturals Acetyl L-Carnitine & Alpah Lipoic Acid is the only supplement that actually made me feel a positive difference. I truly felt better after beginning to take it. August 26, 2010
