restoring energy The adrenal caps are definitely helping restore my energy. I will take them until (if) my system returns to normal. However, it is a nuisance to have so few in a bottle. This is a long-term regimen for most of us, and not only is it more expensive to have so few in a bottle, for some of us it is difficult to continually open new bottles and to dispose of them.
