"I like this product because it combines full doses of calcium and magnesium in 3 pills, where I used to be taking 4-7 pills a day to get the same doses. The pills are easy to swallow. However, they are large enough that I really do not look forward to swallowing 3 of them, and therefore find myself skipping doses from time to time. I suggest considering which is your priority: to take fewer but bigger pills, or to take more but smaller pills."
