"I have taken Citracal for years, but I was frustrated with having to take so MANY caplets a day in order to get the needed amount of calcium daily, so I began looking for an alternative.
I have trusted Schiff's brand products all my life, so I tried the Super Calcium with D because it was in gelcap form. I read that if you take your calcium with a meal, it's more easily absorbed by the body, so I take one in the morning with a piece of toast, and then again just after my eveniing meal.
