GREAT !!!!! Hey, I'm older than dirt and have used countless different toothbrushes. I finely found the perfect one. The brush is just the right size and shape and the handle fits your hand perfect. The stem that holds the brush is slim which makes it very maneuverable. You can buy refills that just snap into the handle which they say will last forever. A very good value for such a low price.
