A GOOD CHOICE Have only been taking this for 3 weeks and so far I can see a big difference in my nails. My hair is growing fast too. Had a hair cut 2 1/2 weeks ago and can almost use one again. Had to cut my bangs yesterday. I'd say it's working...... August 26, 2011
