Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)
Contains no: calories, sugar, sodium, artificial colors or flavors, lactose, preservatives.
Directions: Stir one packet into a serving of your favorite beverage until fully dispersed. Swirl last bit of beverage to re-disperse any Cal-EZ that settles out. Can also be mixed into soft foods like cereal, scrambled eggs or pasta.
Suggested Uses: Cal-EZ will neutralize most of the acidity and convert ordinary orange juice into a low acid, lightly carbonated beverage that tastes great and is easy on your stomach. Stir well, allow to sit a few minutes, stir again...and enjoy!
Your daily dose may be divided over several meals if desired. Just use half the contents, fold the packet closed and use the rest at your next meal.
