Marvelous supplement
I've been using desiccated liver for about 40 years now, and it is wonderful for providing stamina and "roses in your cheeks". This is a good brand, and a great price. I just put a heaping tablespoon in my mouth, holding my breath, and take a big swig of water (nothing too viscous or I have a hard time swallowing it), swish it around to saturate the liver powder, and swallow, and down it goes, very little taste. And it gives you a lot of stamina. I think putting it in tomato juice makes it too thick to swallow, but you'll have to experiment. It's worth the effort. I chucked it up the first time I tried it, 40+ years ago, in tomato juice, but I persevered and found a way to get it down so that I wouldn't mind taking it almost every day.

Great product. Gives me energy!
You don't buy this product for the tast. It is a great price and I mix it with sea salt, tomato juice, vitamin C, and the Green Powder from Swanson. It gives me energy!
