Thank goodness for the option
As I am allergic to soy, this give me an option for this product from another source besides soy.

Sunflower Lecithin
Although it is hard to judge the true effectiveness of a product, it is great to have a Lecithin that is NOT SOY based (unless it would a non-GMO Soy). Now a day, I believe that this Sunflower Lecithin is a very wise alternative to what I've been taking for years.
