Although Vitamin K is best known for its role in normal blood clotting function, recent research has revealed Vitamin K's beneficial effects on bone and cardiovascular health. In bone tissue, Vitamin K is critical for the formation of healthy, strong bone matrix. In fact, bone quality is dependent on the presence of adequate Vitamin K. Vitamin K's role in arterial health revolves around its ability to support proper calcium metabolism in vascular structures. Vitamin K2 is the most biologically active form of vitamin K. This product also includes the addition of Alfalfa which is typically known to be a source of natural Vitamin K. Contains no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.

Vitamin K-2 5 5 2 2
Good Stuff! It does just what it is touted to do! I like it and now use it regularly. I feel great! February 1, 2012
Now Foods Vitamin K-2 I think this is a very good product, but the exact proper form of Vitamin K to get the most benefit from a vitamin K supplement comes from natto (the end form is called Menaquinone-7). Vegetable sources aren't as good. However, this K-2 form is lots better than K-1! Someone from Now Foods told me that they are coming out with an MK-7 product in the near future; that would be the ideal one to watch for and then get. December 10, 2010
