Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT's) are fats that are naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oil. MCT's are more easily and rapidly digested than other types of fats, as they require lower amounts of enzymes and bile acids for intestinal absorption. MCT's are metabolized very quickly in the liver and are reported to encourage an increase in energy expenditure, while decreasing fat storage. Numerous studies suggest that substituting MCT oil for other fats in a healthy diet may therefore help to support healthy weight and body composition. Contains no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.

EXCELLENT! You are going to be reading more and more and hearing the benefits of MCT Oils and Coconut oil in particular! This is an excellent product and I'm happy to say I've achieved the benfits it has to offer! Read up on the benefits of MCT Oils and Coconut Oils! You'll see! March 23, 2012
love this price I just discovered MCT oil. I use it on my salad along with spices. This cuts down on the calorie intake I would use with salad dressings. I love this product. I love this price. March 14, 2012
Ketone euphoria I'm a low carber, and I don't like the idea of having to carb up before lifting weights. With a shot of MCT oil, you can get those extra reps w/o going out of ketosis, and man the ketosis is killer. You get so much of an energy rush you feel like you could jump out of your skin. MCTs go straight to the liver--bypassing the lymphatic system--and are rapidly turned into ketones. One caveat. Some people experience digestive upset, and the really sensitive folks can get really unpleasant effects. February 7, 2012
Part of my weight loss program... great stuff! You can read all about MCT oil, it is a mix of palm kernel oil and coconut oil. This is pretty highly refined, has no taste at all. Some friends recommended it as an oil to use that burns as energy and helps in losing weight. I put 2T in my smoothies and also use it to make salad dressing with ACV, organic mustard, and spices. I think this has been marketed to body builders, but is great for losing weight. June 4, 2011
