This the only product that I know about that gives you the required amount of Cal-Mag citrate in only 3 gel caps. They go down easy and give you the what you need. As with any supplement it will be years of long term use to see if it does all it suppose to do. Other products require more caps or pills to match this dosage. Its number one in my book for Cal-Mag supplements! I am happy its back in stock!

good product
Ive been taking this suppliment for a few months and feel it is a good value and good product. The capsules are on the large size so I just bite them when inside my mouth until they burst. Then I swallow the insides and discard the outer capsule. There is no unpleasant taste.

THE BEST
Because these Cal-Mags are in GEL form, they slide right in like butter. They are about the size and substance of an Omega-3 or Lecithin. It is a great quality and excellent Swanson price. I have taken these for several years and would not take any others.

Good Value
This is a good value. Has a good balance of Calcium, Magnesium, D3 & Zinc. Yes they are large softgels but I have no problem - neither do my friends.
ps - my bottle lists D3 as 600 IU - even better.

HUGE pills
These pills are enormous. I swallow a lot of pills, but I can't swallow these. I am afraid I will have to throw them out.
There should be a warning.
