No benefit I tried this product for about a month to see if it would have any benefit on weight training and I didn't notice anything at all. December 8, 2010
some future remedies This product seems to boost the effect of anti-aging type antioxidants such as pine bark when taken together with them. I don't notice any real results unless taken together. Good product. June 2, 2010
