Researched since 1979, MSM provides the chemical links needed to form and maintain numerous different types of tissues found in the human body, including connective tissue such as articular cartilage. MSM (Methylsulphonylmethane) is a natural form of organic sulfur found in almost all fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood and meat, food-processing methods may reduce sulfur levels, making supplementation more important than ever. Contains no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.

MSM Powder Tastes terrible, but grape juice helps mask it. This is one product that after using it a while I realized my joints were more flexible. December 30, 2010

Much Better than Swanson Brand I previously used Swanson Brand MSM powder. I got very disgusted with the awful sulfur taste. I decided to try the NOW Foods brand and have found it to be a much better product. It has a much milder taste than the Swanson Brand. It also dissolves in water much more quickly. The only downside is that it clumps more readily. September 11, 2010

When I purchased msm in powder form I didn't realize how awful the taste is. I took one dose of it and knew immediately this was not for me. My next purchase of msm will be in capsule form. September 4, 2010
