Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, vigorously mix 1–2 level tablespoons daily into at least 12 oz. of water or juice and consume immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.

Gritty Like others I found this product gritty and it didn't seem to "work" for me like others. I switched to the Organic India psyllium and like it much better. I will be returning this product. Thanks Swanson for standing behind the products you sell. January 29, 2011

I Love this product! I have been using this for years and highly recommend it. I don't advise putting it in foods, it's better taken with a liquid and you should drink it right away. No aftertaste and has a grain like flavor. June 21, 2010
consistancy is not my thing I am sorry to say the consistancy of this psyllium is rather strange. It doesn't dissolve well in water. I whipped it in the blender & helped some but still have to drink it fast or clumps in bottom of glass. I prefer the more grain type products so won't be ordering this one again. March 25, 2010
FReal Fiber Feel! This is a great psyllium. but needs more effort mixing/stirring to get it drinkable. I've tried all the psyllium brands at Swanson, and this one is very COARSE- grained, compared to the others. IMHO, the others dissolve more easily. March 15, 2010

great value I stick to a low carb diet, I stay away from starches, white flour, and meals. I eat whole grain cereals but I get most of my carbs from fruit and vegetables.
