good for energy after taking this, i usually feel a nice energy increase pretty quickly. Good product for the price December 28, 2011
maca for energy I have a lot of experience with maca. It really does help me in supporting my endocrine system, especially during the winter. I combine a couple of these capsules with the Swanson Fo-Ti to help me through menopausal symptoms. I will, however, note that you need to be buying powdered maca in bulk... it is a FOOD and not an herb. You need to be consuming it at the rate of several tablespoons a day to get the bang for the buck. You know to back off when... uh... you start sizing up inanimate objects around the house for their pleasure potential in the bedroom. December 30, 2009
maca I've no idea if this helps me or not but it doesn't seem to harm so I'll keep on with it for now. October 22, 2009
