Helps me get what I cannot from the sun! This vitamin is small and easy to swallow. It also aids in helping me to get the Vit. D that I normally would get from the sun, but as I get older I am becomming heat intolerant. August 18, 2011

Restrictions I was very sorry to see the new restrictions to 1000iu to Canada. Taking one 5000iu was so much easier than taking multiple 1000iu's. This is such an important vitamin, I couldn't go without it. June 12, 2011

Great source of D-3 I have been using this product for over a year. Small, easy to swallow softgels make it so easy to take. I like this strength plus I also order 2,000 IU of Now Foods since I live in an area where I rarely take off my sweater or jacket so don't get a lot of sun. Swanson carries both for great prices.
