Liquid B12
I take the liquid B12 every morning and I can tell a difference in energry if I forget it. The taste is terrible but it's worth it.

Great product
I have tried other B-12 products and much prefer this one. It is easy to use and the taste is good. Leave it to Swanson to have it available and at a great price. Way to go Swanson!!!

B-12 Liquid B Complex
This Item worked great. The taste was not the best but it was totally tolerable. It gave me all the energy that I have normally gotten from other b-12 capsules. However instead of having to take several capsules to get all the different B Vitamins just one dropper gives you all of it. I will probably use this for the rest of my life.

Easy to take, super high dose of B-complex+folic acid. Better than any capsule you can buy, by far.

The best B12 Liquid
I saw review on here that the product tasted yucky so I only bought two bottles...Wrong!
It taste good like peppermint, better than the expensive B12 Liquid in the store (brand name) I go through this a lot next time will buy more.

Great sublingual B12
I take B 12 often, because I had most of stomach removed years ago and can't assimilate regular B12. I like this product because it doesn't have chemicals or aspartame, etc. in it.

Did nothing for me...
Would NOT recommend this product!!!
I tried it in an attempt to find a cheaper substitute for Methylmate, which contains methylcobalamin ONLY, no flavors or additives, unlike the NOW product.
NOW's methlycobalamin tastes terrible. Much easier to take the methyl B12 plain. Had to be taken orally or sublingually rather than as a nasal spray like the Methylmate.
Whole time I used this, my health declined, and it sprung back to the best in years within a week of returning to using Methylmate as a nasal spray.
The Methlymate as a nasal spray really helps with mental clarity, especially when faced with toxic exposures. The NOW product can not be used in this way because of the extra unnecessary ingredients.
Hoping Swanson will start carrying the Methylmate soon, hate to have to go to an other supplier for just this one product!!!
