It Works! I have been taking New Chapter's B Complex for over a year now with excellent results. Previously, I took New Chapter's Every Man multivitamin. I consulted a nutritionist and she suggested I switch to a B vitamin complex. She believed I was getting enough of the vitamins that are not included in a B complex in my diet and it would help with stress. I was very hesitant to stop taking a traditional multivitamin, so I sought out the highest quality B complex. I didn't see a huge difference when switching to the B complex. However, after a few months, I left in a hurry for work one day and forgot to take it. I felt tired, sluggish and stressed the entire day. The next day I was back to my normal relaxed self. Food based B vitamins If only it were a little less expensive I'd give it 5 stars all the way. B vitamins are very important and having a certified organic food based vitamin is the best way to take them (except for sublingually) that I have found.
