I have been using Umcka products for about two years now, and the menthol syrup is my favorite. It is natural, convenient, pleasant-tasting, soothing, fast-acting, and effective. Within a minute of taking it, my nose, head, and throat are much happier. It has helped me make it through the work day on several occasions. I've tried a wide variety of similar products, and I think that this is the best, although priced higher than some others. August 16, 2009
