I am able to really sleep
Valerian root is one of natures gifts. I don't know how this works, but I can experience a good deep sleep. This herb relaxes me enough so that I experience interesting dreams. Not only that but it seems that the night lasts longer. At times I wake up as if I have slept for many hours, looking at the clock to see that it is still early!

Must have for me
This helps lower everyday stress. Also helps me to fall asleep easier. Be prepared though, it has a strong smell, but the benefits from taking it are worth it.
