calcium,magnesium,Vit.D I know I need to take this to keep my bones strong.I purchase this brand from Swanson's because it is the only one in this combination I can find that doesn't add soy or soybean oil to this product.Soy is not good for me and it's getting harder and harder to find vitamins and foods without it.
