Misleading How come they left the fact that there is calcium carbonate as the second ingredient in this? Carbonate is not even close to being absorbable as citrate or malate so how can you be getting 250mg of calcium citrate per pill if 2 pills is equal to 500mg? December 27, 2009
Great combo of ingredients Calcium has always been a good choice for bones, but I read where calcium citrate/malate is more effective in maintaining bone mass. As you get older you need to give your bones all the help you can. August 12, 2009
