Schizandra, not the most well known herb I take this herb in combination with several other herbs that are supposed to be beneficial for memory, concentration, stress and beauty. This herb is gaining some attention for its broad spectrum of suggestive beneficial properties. I take this everyday, couple times a day. I like the price and there is 100 capsules in this bottle for just a few dollars and that can last months. Swanson has a good competitive price on this product. I hope they keep it in stock because I will continue to buy it and take it everyday. Do some reading online about this herb because you may surprised. May 14, 2008
