Not sure My goal was to loose weight on this product. I still did not. However, I can't say that it is not worth trying. I am going to purchase another one to see if it works. I may not have exercised enough or may not have given it enough time. I used one bottle that lasted about a month. I took 2 - 3 pills before each meal. October 11, 2011
