Peter Gillham's Natural Calm Plus Calcium is formulated with 3 parts magnesium to 2 parts calcium, which will prevent a surplus of calcium robbing the body's vital magnesium supply. This formulation includes potassium, boron and vitamin D for better absorption of these key minerals. Just add hot water and enjoy like hot tea.

Ingredients: Magnesium citrate, magnesium ascorbate, calcium gluconate, potassium citrate, ascorbic acid, vitamin D3, boron citrate.

Suggested Use: 1-2 teaspoons twice per day at any time, at least 5 hours apart. Individual needs may vary. Start with 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons twice daily. When bowels are comfortably loose, this is the optimal amount. Some people may need to start with a half-teaspoon only and gradually work up to higher amounts.

a great product i have used Natural Calm for a long time and thought this one would be just what i need. it didn't work as well for me as the plain Natural Calm, but is still a great product that might work better for others. taste is okay, i add juice after it was done fizzing, but can be taken in just water. So Many Benefits My acupuncturist's wife called this her 'happy drink.' I began taking it when I was under a great deal of stress from my college courses. I found it helped with my mood, made sleep more restful and easier to attain and a side benefit is that I'm always regular. If I am out of this product, I KNOW it.
