LOVE!!!
I LOVE this! I drink a cup of it every night. Be careful to not take too much at once, like start out with a spoonful, because it will really loosen your bowels. Don't be alarmed! And when you put a spoonful in your mug, then pour hot water over it, only put a few DROPS of water on it at a time because it will fizz like crazy and overflow all over your counter! So just put in the water a little bit at a time until it's full!
I really do love this product. It helps me sleep better at night, and I think it has helped lessen my PMS symptoms, too. Win, win!

Superb
I began using this several months ago and It has helped me with regularity plus I like it! A friend told me about it and gave me some to try, and I have been using it ever since. I espcially like buying it from Swanson because the price is so much better. This is one product that I plan to continue, and I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

Nummy tasting!
I've seen this on my Mom's counter and decided to try it. I've yet to get this into my regular scheduled supplement loop, try to do at night. It tastes pretty good, not icky like some powdered supplements can be. My Mom, who is not a flavored type person got it and seems to like it too.
Though I am truly disappointed to see that from the time I ordered in mid Sept to now, it's gone up $7 in price! That is a HUGE jump! Not sure if I'll order again with that pricing.

Excellent absorbable product
This product is my favorite magnesium supplement that is bioavailable right after consuming. It instantly makes you feel relaxed and ready for bed. I like to take it before going to sleep, but it can be taken during the day if you don't mind feeling relaxed.

Good value
I purchased this product to balance my system. I take Calcium and needed to add magnesium. CALM also seems to relax my muscles. Swanson's prices are 50% less than my local vitamin store. Shipping is reasonable. Very satisfied.

Great price. Used to pay over twice the price for the identical product. Helps calm down my nervous system and seems to help me with my digestion. Just make sure you mix it in a big enough container because as it fizzes, it expands quite a bit. I especially like the lemon/raspberry flavor.

Excellant Product
I have been using this product for 8 years. It helps me fall to sleep more easily and experience a more restful sleep. I like the aspect of total absorption due to it's solubility.

The best nights sleep
Calm is totally soluble in warm water. I like the rasberry/lemon flavor and drink it prior to going to bed as a "tea" . The Calm helps me from being so restless during the night and to get a much better nights sleep. I wouldn't be without it - I thought I had found another product that works as well but nothing works as well as Calm. I have recommended buying Calm from Swanson's to friends and family members since there is no better product and no better price anywhere.

Amazing results
After a stressful day at work, I look FORWARD to my evening "cocktail" of Natural Calm. I mix it with green tea, a splash of cranberry juice, and the liquid vitamins also provided by the same manufacturer. It calms me right away, and provides me with a good night's sleep.

Part of my daily life
I take Calm every day because I feel so much better when I do. If I haven't taken it in a couple of days I start to feel my old tightness return. It is definitely something I would not want to do without! My shoulders relax when I take it instead of being tense and uptight, which also reduces discomfort through my neck.

Worth the money
Not only is this a great price, but a great product and it tastes good too. I have been using Calm for 2 weeks now and I have more energy in the morning, I sleep better at night and have an easier time getting to sleep. I never had the groggy feeling in the morning, even when I only got 4 hours of sleep. I also have given this to my 11 year old daughter and she lives by it now, as a matter of fact she asks for it because she gets a better quality of sleep.

easy relaxer

Wonderful product!
We love this product. When my 22 year old daughter cannot sleep, she always asks for this. It is the one natural product I personally am aware of that helps us sleep quickly and produces calm, and at the same time supplies much needed magnesium. My son-in-law was visiting, and asked if I had more "Calm", as it helps him sleep immediately and he also loves the product!
