Stains
This is a good product except that the last 4 bottles I bought clumped together. One or two I was able to fish them apart, but this last bottle is impossible. The gelcaps break open and stain my fingers orange. The mouth of the bottle is too small to allow a spoon in, or to pull the clump out.

CONTENTS STUCK TOGETHER LIKE CEMENT
My first order was fine, I ordered because Dr. Oz said, this is one anti-oxident a person should take.
My second shipment was shipped in summer and I don't know if it was the heat or what, but when I went to open the bottle, the pills were all stuck
together in a big glob and impossible to separate.
In all the bottles in that shipment of this product.
I would not recomment this particular brand to anyone.

Great Product
This product is great if you exersize in a strenuous manner. The old bod just isn't what it used to be, but I take it everyday and have really noticed a remarkable change in my ability to recover from my workouts. I would think this product is great for anyone that is past the peak of one's physical recooperative powers.
I have never had any burp up taste with this product. The nice thing about Swanson is I could not afford two a day at the over the retail counter price.
If there was only one supplement I could take this would be it.

Worked well for me
I found this to be an excellent product. No after taste and I did receive multiple benefits which I cannot mention in detail because the regulations do not allow me to. From the little research I did, this product is manufactured to high standards.

Great
This is a great product for a great price. I found a better overall product and price in the NOW brand though. Still a great product!

Pink Skin???
As of this review its the end of winter and I've noticed my skin has a pinkish color to it... I like it better than being pale it looks healthier. FYI I've been useing for about two months. My skin feels softer and doesn't dry out after I shower which it typically will in the winter.

Amazing
I was sceptical, but not now! I live in Florida and these work unbelieveably well. I'm continually amazed!

Jury still out
My husband and son are on the second bottle of this product. Neither of them have experienced a significant improvement since beginning this protocol. They think the product is fine and perhaps need more time before they derive benefit. Will update this review when there has been a change.
