So versatile
I love chia seed for so many recipes. I make low-carb tapioca-like pudding by letting chia sit in almond milk and then adding vanilla protein powder. I grind the chia and add it to smoothies. It's such a nutritious and wonderful seed!

Great product
This is the first time i've tried Chia seeds, and i'm hooked for life! I add them to my yogurt, cottage cheese, even soy drinks and its such a great way to add extra nutrition and 'UMPH' to any meal / snack. a couple of tablespoons of these little guys in 1/2 cup of whole milk, stir well, then leave them to 'puff up' for about 10 minutes, then give them a nice stir again, just to break it up a bit so it doesnt form a clump at the bottom of the dish, and let them puff up for about 30 minutes or a bit longer, and you got yourself a nice pudding-like consistency. I sometimes dip apples and peaches in it, or mix in fresh blueberries, and tastes GREAT! Would highly recommend this product!! And the price is great too

Nutiva Chia Seed Organic
I have to have my chia seeds daily! I love them so many ways! I think my favorite is to put a big spoon full in some raw almond milk...let them swell up (5-10 minutes or longer as desired)...then I have the consistency of an almond tapioca pudding! They have no flavor so you can add them to anything! Vitamins and all the omega 3's & 6's that you need! Swanson carries great prices on the best quality organic products you'd want!

Highest Omega-3's out there
I absolutely love chia seeds. I live in the desert SW and they grow wild out here. This is such a versatile ingredient. It can be used so many ways. I will only say that if you haven't tried it or don't care for the texture of tapioca pudding, you should grind it or sprinkle dry seeds on your meal. I personally love the texture, and a regular drink of mine is to place some seeds overnight in carrot juice or any other juice - or just water. I take a 12 oz bottle with me and drink it off an on all day. I also cook with it, adding it to oatmeal, etc. Love it!
