Directions: Mix 2–4 tbsp with 8 ounces of milk or non-dairy milk and favorite fruit. Add 3 tbsp Nutriva Hempseed (for 22 g of protein and 3.5 g of Omega-3) for a creamy, nutty flavor, and consider a dash of vanilla.
