"I have used this product for a week and I have not used the bathroom since starting the product. It may just be my body type. I would normally go once a day. I will continue however to use this product hoping for the best. Like I said it only been a week. I am still having the same problems before taking this product. I have also followed the instructions on the label. I have in the past used swanson products and have enjoyed there use."
