Overall Good Cleanse I've been using this product for about 4 years. I use it about twice a year, and noticeably feel the difference after a couple of days into the system. When I am dragging and worn out on an ongoing basis, I know it is time to cleanse again! It definitely cleans out the system, as well as gives me a boost of energy. The only reason I don't give it a complete 5 leaf rating is because I have never tried the more expensive cleanses to know the difference. December 17, 2010

Gentle Clense This clense is gentle and great. The first couple bowl movements are a little jarring, but just make sure you are near a toilet. It doesnt make you feel sick or cramped. It gives you a nice little warning to. Your stomach will growl and gurgle a bit before you have to go. Only use for a couple of days because your body can get addicated to the casandra root. Its amazing how much sludge your body can carry around. I lost 3 pounds of undigested matter from using this product. Wonderful product! September 26, 2010

This product works great! Cleaned me out without uncomfortable cramps and bloating. Keep in mind product starts working about 4-6 hours after taking dosage, so be near a bathroom! Only two dosages, one in morning and one in night so I didn't have to lug any pills to work. Highly recommended! May 20, 2010

Best product out there! The bottles say to start with one pill of each and work your way up to several a day but I have found that one pill a day does the job! It's potent and yet gentle on the system, so I would highly recommend this. January 29, 2010

You must have this product! This is the best product for colon cleanse, I have tried so many. Eight to be exact. And I finely found a winner, yes I did. After using this colon cleanse product I feel lighter, less puffy. I am regular again. With out the pain of being on the toilet. Goodbye toxins, hello energy. Everyone needs this product. Average Since this was the only cleanse i have ever used i cant really compare it to anything but it did have the exact same ingredience as dual action cleanse which is why i bought it not to mention it was $45 cheaper...i was disapointed because it didnt clean me out like it said it would, i followed the directions but i never got the "movements" i expected. Other than that i cant really complain because it was a great price and im sure it did some good. July 24, 2009

Didn't Give Benefits Expected The cd that came with this product says that they use only the best ingredients and the best products for elimination: That I may not dispute, but for my husband and I; it didn't seem to clean us out as completely as we wanted. We did like the convienient dosage of this product: it was easy to stay of track of their schedule. July 22, 2009
