These are great!!!
I really don't know what these other people are talking about, seriously...
These are large, quarter size but you put them in your mouth and they are easy to chew and melt. If they are a little dry drink some water.
I find this better then swallowing pills.
The two different flavors are both great tasting.

Bothersome size
These vitamins are so big and dry that swallowing them is a challenge. Usually I can swallow three or four vitamins at one time, not with this tablet! If you have any issues with swallowing vitamins do not purchase this product. In my enthusiasm I purchased two bottles of 180 and now wonder if I will ever work my way through the bottles.

Excellent Mineral Balance
After alot of research, I tried this product b/c it's calcium & magnesium are derived from amino acid chelates, and they are in the correct ratios. It is also the only formula I could find which also contains K2 and D3, both of which work SYNERGISTICALLY with the minerals for bone health and to support a large variety of other functions. This product helps my digestion tremendously, but I did not even buy it for that reason. If the tabs are too large, I rec. chewing or cutting them in half. Excellent product I cannot live without.

HUGE - DO NOT BUY!
I had the same experience as the other reviewer, and even when I used a pill pulverizer and mixed it in water, it doesn't dissolve well, so I wonder if it even gets absorbed in the body. I have written Nature's Plus to suggest they go to liquid base and smaller size, and I will call Swanson's to ask for a refund, credit, or exchange. This is the first time I have ever had any problem with any Swansons's product, and they are the firs place I check when I want to order something!!

Very good supplement
This is a very good supplement. I feel that it is easily absorbed. The pill size is large, but it is soft and easily chewable.

Tablets too big
The tablet was too large to swallow and it scratched my throat. Tried to cut it in half but was sharp and hard and still scratched my throat. Had to throw most of the bottle away.
