Easy to mix and tast delicious March 21, 2012

WONDERFUL chocolate shake! I'm sure I know what some people are thinking - it's JUST another chocolate shake, right? Wrong. It's a chocolate shake with almost all of your complete daily values of your vitamins and minerals, plus protein, plus some fiber, and it's semi-low carb made with 3 sources of protein! That being said, I love this chocolate shake! I particularly enjoy it blended with milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and 1/4 - 1/2 cup of oats. When I make it this way, it packs a decent amount of fiber, and even MORE protein. I think next that I will get some of the Swanson's Organic Cocoa Powder and add that to it as well. That would make it even more rich and chocolatey, and the amount of fiber would be amazing :) Yummmmm September 3, 2009
