Have to crush pill as it is way to large to swallow. March 16, 2012
Good Product I like this product because it has all the ingredients I am looking for. I've just ordered my 2nd bottle. Since the tablets are very large, I would suggest taking them with a thick liquid such as Tomato juice, V-8 juice or a smoothie. These liquids really make the tablet easy to swallow. Can't recommend These tablets are HUGE. So big, in fact, that my husband has to cut them in half to be able to swallow them - and he says he still has problems swallowing them. We're switching to a smaller cap, without the included calcium/magnesium in this one. July 16, 2011
A Total Bone Complex I bought this for the Vit K factor. With so many people on blood thinners, it's hard to find Ca+Mg+Vit D+Vit K together in a proper ratio. I purchase when on sale and stock up for good nutritional protection. February 6, 2010
