Nutricology Cat's Claw supports the immune system and digestion. Cat's Claw, or Una de Gato (Uncaria tomentosa), is an herb that grows wild in the highlands of the Peruvian Amazon. The native Ashanica Indians have used the inner bark of cat's claw for health purposes for possibly thousands of years. Recent research has identified the alkaloid compounds in cat's claw that possess antioxidant properties. They have been shown to be potentially beneficial for healthy immune and gastrointestinal function. Nutricology Cat's Claw is harvested with environmental consciousness and only the inner bark is used.
