eat your liver, sort of if i cannot get to eating organ meat during the week, this is the next best thing. no bad taste or aftertaste. no crummy fillers or preservatives, and they claim the animals are pasture raised with no hormones or antibiotics used. all the enzymes and vitamins remain intact. this is a definite winner November 1, 2010
