Suggested Use: SHAKE WELL. As a dietary supplement mix 1 teaspoon (5 ml) with an equal amount of water. Swish and hold liquid in your mouth for 30 seconds to increase contact with the ***buccal membranes to enhance delivery. Swallow, follow with 4 oz. of water to support maximum absorption.
