Natrol Boron I needed a little supplemental boron and couldn't find the tiny dosage I needed, so I purchased these and just open up the caps and measure out what I need by sprinkling it on my food or mixing into a little water. This suited my needs fine, and the price could not be beat. Higher quality forms of boron are included in the mix, and I take it with my calcium and magnesium. March 1, 2012
