Starch bocker that works best for me I've tried many different brands of starch blockers containing Phase 2 and most of them are ok but this is the one brand that I see a noticeable difference when used properly. Although this is not a Swanson's brand product, I can tell you that Swanson's price here is better than at the worldwide store who promotes the lowest everyday price in my area. September 4, 2010

The Name Says It All I must say that I was surprised at the effectiveness of this product. When eating a carb-filled meal, normally I'd expect to see an increase in weight by the next day. When I use this product, I don't. March 7, 2009
