"My sister swears by this product. She was having horrible hot flashes and night sweats. I didn't have much problem with menopause but I could relate. I offered to get this product for her and she agreed. One week after starting the supplements she asked me to get her enough for several more months as she doesn't want to be without it. She has been on it since Thanksgiving and has no night sweats and only "occasional" stress induced hot flashes."

"I tried Natrol's Hot FlashEx tablets for seven weeks but they didn't help with hot flashes and night sweats. Almost immediately I saw a difference when I started taking Natrol's Complete Balance Menopause with one tablet in the morning and another before bedtime. The number of hot flashes and night sweats has been greatly reduced and when I do experience them, they are much milder."
