great for focus and the blues Most people use this to stave off depression or the Blue's but I have noticed that when I taking a small 50mg dose of this in the Morning with a Panax Ginseng product it really improved my focus and attention span! I can't take it at night because it causes me to sleep walk and then feel like it was a dream the next day-kinda scary when you live alone! Anyway, great product! March 15, 2010
